There are different processes for manufacturing this composite, depending on the design, the finish, and volume. For simple and few simple pieces, some use vacuum bag. Carbon fiber is polish, waxed, and then applied by a release agent. The vacuum is then pulled and then set aside, usually in a day or two, to give time for the piece to harden. Another simple method is the use of the compression mold.
